Hearing teeth grinding and not being able to make body move and be akwake during sleep?

Lately I%26#039;ve been trying to sleep, but I%26#039;ve been sort of awake. I like feel awake but I can%26#039;t move my body? Also I hear loud sawing noises that go louder and quieter. I%26#039;m guessing its my teeth grinding? But I really don%26#039;t know. Does anyone know what this is? And how I can get this to stop?

Yes, I have experienced this before. It is like you are in a twilight sleep. You cannot move but it is like you can hear what is going on around you. It is like you are sleep but you are not sure because you can hear but you cannot move. It was very scary for me at first, but now, I just pray and I am not afraid anymore and it does not happen to me anymore. A few members in my family experienced it also. When I told people at my job about it, they looked at me and thought I was crazy. But I do know exactly what you are experiencing and it can be a scary thing and make you afraid to go back to sleep. Like I said, I started to pray to God about and it went away. I know sleep find and it has been years since that last happened.

Reply:I have had similar problems due to heavy drug use. They have gone away since I quit abusing illegal substances. If you are a user you need to stay off that shite and get help. If you arnt you sound like a freakin lunatic. Get Help!
Reply:go to your doctor and ask about it. i think they have these rubbery teeth protect er your can put on at night to help stop teeth grinding.
Reply:You might take a short walk before sleep and don´t drink balck tea or coffe before going to sleep.Spend an hour before go to bed listening to soft music you like,reading a good book. Just before you will put off the light,give yourself a light cirkulating massage with your fingertip between your both eyebrowns for about five minutes...I myself got that as a suggestion when I could not sleep after a 9 hours flight....I found it very very useful!!
